Project: A concept of a residential house

Location: Prague, Nusle

 

... The architectural concept of an apartment house in a vacant lot in Nusle quarter. The submission was to design as many flexible options for housing as possible on the one hand, and make it as cheap as possible on the other. We have created a concept - boxes that can be put together, one on another, empty, with adjustable walls, lofts.

The internal resolution is clearly visible as the facade on the street side. – the substance is composed of white frames with large windows together with views from particular lofts.

 

... This is dynamic modern architecture facing the original segmentation, fragments of architectural movements... This is Nusle quarter: in the locality there are small factories, chimneys, transship points and apartment houses inside courtyards.

The house is presently in the concept stage
